Results from our HVAC work, and what a Coquitlam owner can take from them

Our published case studies are results from our HVAC work, mostly in BC. They're not forecasts for your business. They show a planning method that does carry over: pick the right customers, fund few channels well, and measure what matters.

Every result on this page is a result from our HVAC work. We show them because they're real, named and checkable, not because a heating company's numbers predict what will happen to a Coquitlam dental office, bakery or landscaping crew. What does carry over is the thinking behind them, and that's what this page is really about.

CanroHeat.ca and GasBoilers.ca: growing by adding a focused line

CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth. Alongside it, GasBoilers.ca was built as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat, and it now serves 26+ BC communities, with 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers: the decision to grow by creating a focused offer rather than broadening a general one. Many Coquitlam owners face the same choice. A physiotherapy clinic might add a dedicated sports-injury service; a renovator might create a separate offer for strata repairs in Burquitlam towers. A focused line can be marketed precisely and measured on its own. This is the kind of option we compare in growth and expansion planning.

What doesn't transfer automatically: the specific channels and review volumes. A heating firm's customers search urgently in cold weather; your customers' behaviour will differ.

BCWide.ca: three times the leads in 90 days

BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days.

What transfers: the value of a short, clearly measured window. Ninety days is long enough to see whether a change works and short enough that a failed experiment doesn't sink the business. We build the same idea into every marketing strategy: small, time-limited tests with a number that decides whether they continue.

What doesn't: the speed. Some businesses, particularly those with long sales cycles or seasonal demand, need longer to see a clear signal.

HVACDeal.ca: letting customer value set the budget

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 return.

What transfers: a return like that only means something when you know what each customer is worth. The underlying discipline is to set your marketing ceiling from customer value and margin, not from what competitors seem to spend. Our marketing budget guide walks through the arithmetic step by step, so you can do it for your own business.

What doesn't: the ratio itself. Returns depend on average sale, margin, competition and how well enquiries are followed up.

What we won't show you

You won't find client quotes, star ratings for our own firm, logos or invented examples from other industries on this site. If we haven't done it and can't name it, we don't claim it. When we work with you, the measures of success are agreed in writing before work starts, so you can judge the results yourself.

Reading any case study critically

Whether it's ours or anyone else's, ask three questions about a case study before you let it influence a decision. Is the client named, so you can check? Is the time period stated? And does the business resemble yours in margin, competition and customer behaviour? A result that fails the first test shouldn't count at all; one that fails the third is interesting but not predictive.

How to use these results

When you call, text or email, tell us what kind of business you run and which result above interests you. We'll explain honestly how much of it applies to you, and what a realistic first step would be. You can also read about Ali Sedighi and the group, or check pricing before you get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all your case studies from HVAC?

Heating companies are where Ali's consulting record is deepest, with 150+ live HVAC websites built. We'd rather show real, named heating results than invent examples from other sectors.

Will my business get similar numbers?

We can't say, and nobody honest can. Your margins, competition and capacity are different. What transfers is the method, and we'll explain on the first call which parts apply to you.

Can I check these results myself?

Each client is named and linked, and the group's full set of case studies is published on HVAC.Agency. You're welcome to look at the live sites.
